Actress Katie Holmes is in mourning following the tragic death of her brother-in-law, according to a new report.Joseph Jeffrey Fretti, the husband of Holmes’ eldest sister Tamera, was found dead on April 12 in his mother Shirley’s home in Sarasota, Florida. He was 48.
A cause of death has yet to be determined, but medical examiner Russell Vega tells RadarOnline.com that foul play or suicide is unlikely.
